How many sets / reps and to failure or no? When? Also how many days a week?
Normally I’ve been doing 5 sets 4-6 reps to failure each set. Then after the set like I do slow eccentric double how many reps I did.
Like I would fail at 5 for example and then I’d do 10 slow eccentric then rest 3 minutes.
Been doing this everyday for like 2 weeks now, but now I’m back on…
