Yeah surgeons do that on purpose slightly by 5-10 degrees because it drops from gravity

Nice bro hopefully u don't get a pig nose permanently otherwise looks like nice work, already looks better than before even if a little feminine. Need surgery as well my side profile of my nose actually looks nice and masculine but from the front it looks terrible because of bulbous tip but I don't see any good result of those kind for the front
