go on sites like indiamart and find verified vendors

join dc servers (ik u can find a bit through tt) and ask around for sources there, or find a tg group

Are you sure you got scammed? Some guys think so at first but 1-2 months later ended up getting their shipment, sometimes you are just unlucky and it gets delayed. Anyway do better research next time, I almost hate to say this but for pharmaceuticals troonies often got really good reliable source when you look up "transDIY" like reddit. I was able to find new reliable sources for nootropics and psychopharmaceuticals via them lol.

Also if you want oral minoxidil you can just get a micro-syringe or dilute regular 2%/5% topical minoxidil and dose accordingly to the dose you want volumetrically. Lots of guys actually do it this way these days, me too. Works just as well and propylene glycol is food safe + produced naturally via fermentation including in your gut inside your body, the amounts you would consume are absolutely miniscule and some patients are exposed to way higher amounts via medication or injections in hospitals etc without ill-effects.
