Just got some Betamethasone (0.05%) and Calcipotriol (0.005%), need guidance and tips for use

so I just got some of this cream, Betamethasone (0.05%) & Calcipotriol (0.005%) to use for nose shrinkage (unless anyone knows other uses for it)

I'm curious on the steps to applying it as I've never used a corticosteroid before. As well as this I'm curious on the steps to avoid "corticosteroid withdrawals", when to dose (i'd assume at night to avoid redness during the day?), and how many days for how long to apply the cream.

Any and all tips/advice would be greatly appreciated. Please excuse my lack of knowledge on the subject and refrain from clowning me too hard for not using hydrocortisone yet (I need nose shrinkage quick). Thank you

Simillar as hydro but its more potent so u need use less amounts

I've heard it can flare up really bad rashes and acne, anything I can do to prevent or minise this?
