i would need more information about you to dictate this but i doubt its naturally occuring there must have been something that went wrong since your birth? did you get breastfed?

yes, since i was like 5-6 when i was in the sun and at the beach i would get this and i looked like a bloated asian
now its not as common and i just take basic allergy pills for it and it kinda fixes it
