my anxiety goes through the roof in interviews and i end up saying the wrong things/sounding retarded and can't think straight and i just blew this interview

its fucking over for me im never getting a job

I got a job now but it starts at 6am and is a one hour drive away

Next time you have an interview like that get a little intoxicated first, 2 or 3 beers. No joke that’s how I got my job. I turned up drunk coz back then I had chronically high anxiety levels. Now my anxiety especially socially is far lower. Intensive Cardio and a diet full of fruits and taking omega 3s can help take the edge of anxiety by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation in the body. Then the rest is just exposure therapy, I hope the job you are going for involves heavy social interaction.

them: ok there is a spot down from where you live that start at 7 am to 3:30pm, can you start work tomorrow
me: uh yes i can do that
them: ok just send us your email and fill in the documents we send you
