Miiiriin, BFR was my first hardmaxx a year ago, I removed 100% and it made a big difference. Wish you a good recovery!

Awesome man! The way I see it is BFR is like a foot in the door, once u get it u just started ur hardmaxxing journey for real, I wanted to get it done bc now theres no turning back

Yeah lol I got it under local anesthesia so I was shitting myself before the procedure lol. Had the surgeon cutting my cheeks while some russian lady was holding my head and comforting me lol.

And yeah this procedure was the "foot in the door" for me, I'm getting some eye area work in 1 month at Thailand and I got braces 2 months ago because I need to decomp my teeth for the lefort 1, which I'm getting somewhere around Autumn 2027.

Same, local anesthesia for me too they gave me xanax but my heart was still racing so fuckin fast right before cutting inside my mouth:lul: then i could feel them sewing like the thread hanging over my lips

Nice broo, im guessing fat graft? I know many users here have had it done there in bangkok, its not that expensive ive heard
 
What are your before pics? I highly do not recommend anyone getting buccal fat removal unless they are lean with extremely chubby cheeks

Btw ur buccal fat pad will sag down to ur jowls when older, now that wont happen to me as much
