I had an extreme ammount of buccal fat, he removed a lot don’t know if he removed everything but he is experienced in doing this surgery so he probably didn’t go overboard

Question since this is AMA. Does the whole bichat removal involve fat on the temples? It looks like it extends the far in photos. Is it a quick procedure and dissolvable stitches used so once done you are free to leave? Finally does you mouth hurt or do you have to avoid eating certain foods? Planning on getting mine done October. Really excited and honestly the gaunt look is in for men so I don’t think you will have to worry.

I’ve already spoken about this; it only negatively affects women because they need fat pads for their beauty.

Having very little facial fat is literally a masculine trait, which is why women don’t like it when they age.

For men it’s the complete opposite, your face gets more attractive the less fat it has on it.

1 - You can ask for the surgeon to not remove the temporal extension
2 - the procedure was like 30 min with dentist anesthesia, and yes the stitches diseappear on their own
3 - Not on my case, I am already eating normal food on first day

I also agree that gaunt look is ideal in men

1 - he had most likely small buccal fat and most fat he has is fat he needs to burn with diet

I had a big ammount of fat removed and I still dont have hollow cheeks (and I am 13-14% bodyfat)

You need to have thin skin and very projected zygos
