you might just be very low estrogen since you are very skinny and probably entered puberty later than normal, you don't lose much using mk 677 since it is really well tolerated so you might as well try your luck, but you are already well beyond the point of diminishing returns for height if you are truly 6'6 and not in the NBA or something

I never denied that, i experienced that too (i went from 176cm to 181 cm in one year and half) but at your point being taller won't bring you much more respect (you are already taller than 99% of the people you see), the problem is that when you are too tall your frame won't necessarily follow and it's not aesthetic, this is why 185cm is considered as the "perfect" height.
