Just Had my Genio Surgery

Still in hospital bed,
that anaesthetic really killed me been sleeping since i went into the theatre around half 9. Thinkcit took around 2 hours of surgery.

He also did a lingual frenectomy to cut my tongue tie.
Stomach feels upset atm and im legit numb all over my chin area

Yeah I agree. Usually girls look better from a genio or just implants/augmentation in general. Idk why guys would choose a genio over a bsso unless they're legit in a situation where their mandible is perfectly grown but somehow they've a recessed chin; which isn't really common at all...

Pretty sure bsso requires orthodontics to make tooth space which i dont wanna do

Like 1-2mm behind lower lip. Fyi i dont have white boy pheno so making my chin go over lip would pf been bad.
6mm forward.

I asked him anout height or chin widening but said i didnt need it. Chin height is around 4cm from bottom of lower lip so height was fine, philtrium is 1.5cm

Bsso is only good when you have a pretty serious overbite. A lot of us have a good bite or like 1 mm overbite so it don’t work like that. So genio is fucking amazin. ESP if he does the cut far back you’re getting a pretty holistic jaw lengthening.

No. I have 7k atm I’m looking to get a Trimax if necessary but bimax minimum so it’s prob gonna take at least a year to save up to get it. Already finished consults with some surgeons in the us I’m just saving up money
