Gonna have to wear bodyvest and not gymmax for 3 weeks (not lifting weights for 3 weeks fucking sucks but whatever)

I was so tired of having bitch tits, that shit was ruining my aesthetics, have no idea how it will look but feeling great my bros

Hey bro can you drop surgeon name or pm. That's pricey but still fair and better than risking with turkish butcher. So all gland removal and no lipo? Hope they left a lil bit in for nipple support..

What you mean with the fat part? Gyno is the breast gland expanding from estrogen and lactin. No gland is no growth as far as I know.

It's because some guys have Pseudo-gynecomastia which is Fat on the chest instead of breast tissue

So they get Lipo suction for the fat and then if they get fat again it will distribute unevenly on their body

I think the only way to tell is by touching it

If you touch the area and it's a hard lump, it's breast tissue (will only go away with surgery (my case))

If you touch and it's soft it's only fat, and you can lose it with diet
