very friendly but a bit of a language barrier
I sent him a Ceph few days ago and he made a morph with only bimax ccw and I nearly have a Ante-face there
talked about vertical ramus osteotomy with a modification (pulling one side down) to fix different ramus sizes and advance jaw. He said this surgery is only used for special patients (open bite I guess) and not an option
he said, I cant do chinwing because of the BSSO but recommended "Beatiful chin". it reaches farther behind than Genio and is better for making chin wider.
I have inward sloping ramus (gives triangular face shape and narrow looking jaw). I couldnt understand much of what he was saying there but he showed me on his desktop, that he deattachs the mandible from the ramus somehow and moves them outwards
I told him that my orthodontist originally proposed a SARPE with jaw surgery but I would rather avoid to fly down there only for the SARPE.
He said that he will insert it in the double jaw surgery. I said, I will probably die in their hospital. He said, I shouldnt worry because it is their problem.
I cant try SARPE + Facemask probably because I would want to avoid pulling on my freshly operated maxilla
