I hate in response to the looksmaxing movement people will say all you need is charisma, like it’s some easy to obtain. Changing your personality and inhibition is one of the hardest things to change since it’s 90% genetics and environmental factors. Some who are highly Nerudivergent will never become charismatic. Even if you were able to change your personality so easily people like people claim u would need some external factors to change because your brain won’t magically get rid of life long trauma of mistreatment because you tell it to.
