I don't know if I should sell the land and possibly buy apartments in Istanbul or Antalya or just wait for a few years because the prices of real estate is rapidly increasing

i dont know turkeys housing market but its probably similar to most other countries. Property prices are super over priced right now and will keep on increasing for a while. I’d invest it. Do your own research but currently from what I have researched and have my money in is nuclear fission, quantum computing and rare earth minerals.
