Activate your anabolic pathways man. Injecting HGH is nothing compared to AKT signalling. Try something like a carb heavy diet (sweet potatoes, yams), with the HGH and inject IGF1 LR3 too. It might still be cope but maximize every chance that you'll grow a bit taller. You probably won't but you might. Also practice good posture.

HGH is 1 growth factor out of dozens. You really need a highly activity AKT(PKB) pathway if you want to maximize the chance of HGH working. We found some studies in a @Wincel thread a few months ago showing the importance of high HGH and high IGF1 for bone growth (elongation). One or the other isn't good enough at all. I know injecting HGH increases IGF1 levels but that wouldn't be enough. You need massive amounts of both growth factors from high quality exogenous sources, and most importantly you need to keep all anabolic pathways highly active throughout your treatment too. P85, PI3K, AKT, MTORC1, MTORC2 etc. Eat lots of carbs daily, 400-500g+ minimum (from good sources like yams), that'll ensure that insulin constantly binds to its receptor and keeps the downstream cascade activated pretty much 24/7. An energy surplus is also recommended too, but it doesn't need to be huge. Just make sure you're constantly letting your pancreas secrete insulin. Insulin and GH are generally reciprocal, so HGH and IGF1 injections will definitely be needed. IGF1 increases in an energy surplus but HGH increases in an energy deficit (fasted state). Get tons of quality sleep too.

Good luck on your journey mate. You're really lucky to be able to heightmaxx at your age. Most of us don't even find out about it until we're 18 or older.

I myself am giving this a last try even though I'm almost in my 20s. Probably cope, but it's worth the try.
