Idk I have barely any fat on my legs so half inch hits muscle without a doubt everytime.

Sometimes I don't feel pain. Doesn't necessarily mean you didn't hit muscle. You'll know tomorrow though.

My face looks a lot better tbh, especially my eye area, but I don't know if supra physiological androgens had anything to do with it.

And my body is insanely better looking. Luckily I already had a wide frame and roids made it even wider
