Yes, jutting bring the entire mandible forward. In my case, the ramus is hidden under loose skin and fat, so bring it forward with both jutting and head posture shows what’s underneath. Sadly, it does go away when talking or chewing. You can kinda force it when talking, but it’s hard to jutt chew
