Just learnt my Nike socks are 100% polyester, mylon and spandex. Not cotton


Literally 90% of my wardrobe contains phlalates from polyester


This is why I agree with Aajonus when he says that there’s too many man made toxins in our environment.
So we have to eat 100% raw food diet to detox.

The average person is fucked way more than they think.

It’ll take me probably $1000 to replace all the polyester/heavy metal/xenoestrogen/microplastic leaching clothing with cotton wool and silk clothing.

I just don’t have the money for that now.

linen on it's own is pretty comfortable because of it's breathability but it's hard to iron linen and linen develops wrinkles quickly
