there’s genuinely such a bad stigma around any sort of cosmetic surgery. you could genuinely improve your looks a lot and look great but people will ridicule you and try to put you down by claiming you are insanely insecure.

there’s a stereotype where people associate cosmetic surgery with people looking botched and uncanny. it’s like society can’t respect that some surgeries can actually look good and you don’t have to be insanely insecure to get one.

i’ve also found that men will tend to get more hate for cosmetic surgery in comparison to woman. a woman could get a nose job and the comments could be encouraging it and saying it looks amazing. on the other hand, if a man was to get a nose job, i suspect people would call it weird, unnecessary, feminine or even view them in a worse way.

90% of "botches" aren't even a result of surgery as well, its just retards getting ridiculous anounts of filler in their jaw midface etc
