If ur holding that much water from a bit of sugar and/or salt and ur not on anabolics ur probs imagiinng it or fat. It makes no difference to me and im on test 200 but very lean. Once u get below a certain bf percent you barely hold water no matter what u eat tbh.i normally eat alot of bananas, nuts, avocados and eggs and my skin is almost perfect
when its holidays or i eat a lot of sugar i always wake up looking subhuman with acne all over my face and inflammation the next day. without fail
when i get back to eating healthy again all the texture is gone and my skin is perfectly smooth
Also when talking in terms of longevity 95% of diet benefits are gained from being in a deficit. It matters slightly as in diet with high amount of vegeatabes, lean protein sources is probs healthiest overall because soluble fibre binds to dietary cholesterol in your guy and saturated fat noticeably puts up LDL in most people.
