falim guy 30 mins with incisors and premolars

2 hours soft gum (the ones that taste good) while working out with all teeth same amount of time roughly

do neck curls while chewing, strong sensation on the maxilla is felt, might be cope but there is a lot of pressure and could potential stimulate some growth in the long term

tongue chewing to strenghten tongue but im not consistent with that
