Ran out of cigs at night
Collected leftover tobacco from a cig i put off before on the ashtray and some tobacco at the bottom of the empty packs
Rolled it into a little joint
Feeling like a drug addict

Yes it’s important to plan when, be mentally strong

I know this message is probably seen as annoying but I hope you get past this, I remember having to help my grandfather stand up to just go to the bathroom because he got anal cancer (yes it was from smoking) he died and my grandma died because of secondhand smoke and my uncle,aunt, mom, grandmother,dad have all either gotten ill from secondhand smoke or died because of it

I won’t fight your battles or tell you to do anything but if you improve your own quality of life than in the future you’ll thank yourself for it

And who knows, what your spending on cigarettes every month could be spent on a lucky investment in the future
