I measured my bideltoid from behind with a yardstick at ~19 years old and it came out to 22", I rounded up 1 in case it widened since then.
I legitimately stunted my growth I'm 5'11 with 22" bideltoid and size 12.5/13 shoes, I should be like 6'3 or some shit

EDIT: Just saw a photo of a legit 22" bideltoid and I probably mismeasured myself. Gonna have someone else measure it for me, it's definitely wider than average, I've framemogged gymcels too often for it to not be.
