Just Measured My Height! It grew from 5'9.5 to 5'10

Of course, this isn't ideal. But since I have grown in height within the past year (maybe less) is this a good indication that I should attempt a heightmaxxing protocol? At 17.9 years old right now.

This, along with posture maxxing can certainly make me taller. Maybe even an inch, so it's certainly worth looking into.

check growth plates first, not worth it if you dont know 100% they are open, the half inch could be due to many different factors outside of real growth

I can't give an exact measurement. But likely within the last 6 months.

theres no set age, dosent work like that

Alright, I'll have to get an xray first. These are both evening heights btw.

In the meantime I should be living a low estradiol lifestyle.

It took you long, but at least that means that your growth plates are still open if they do not close till 20 you can even reach 5’11
