Yeah I was also 28 for the longest time a few years ago. I was like 155 pounds at my leanest and my was 28. Now I wear a size 30 at 175 pounds. Not the worst I guess.

mirror and just experience of being that lean ig, for me ill know im at low body fat once i lose all face fat + fat around my waist since theyre the last places for me to carry fat, my legs dont carry much fat at all

life starts at lower abs with veins leanness, if you don't have that then you are an obese waste of life
