And I got 195.5cm
I remember measuring myself out of bed before and getting 195cm but because I did a few subsequent measurements of 194cm a couple of hours out of bed I wasn't sure if the 195 was accurate.
When measuring with a measuring tape up against a wall I always felt there was the potential for inaccuracies because of the steel bit at the bottom
Lets say you place a box on your head against the wall, then mark the height of the box with a pencil, when you go to measure the pencil mark, you will need the side with the number markings facing in against the wall so that the metal piece isn't stopping the tape from being flat against the wall
This just makes things a bit awkward
So I decided to measure myself against a transparent glass shower panel
I used a box and a marker to get the height
Then measuring with the tape was easy because I could look at the tape numbers through the other side without the metal part of the tape getting in the way
The result I got was 195.5cm
I always thought I had a particularly short spine resulting in me not shrinking more than 1cm throughout the day but it turns out my morning height is greater than I thought
For some reason I feel like I still have unlocked height potential, I will eventually use GH to reach 200cm
