For the nose the only way to fix it is obviously surgery and for softmaxes I would try clearing the skin up more and doing something about the darkness around your eyes

and that would put me in hhtn tier? i guess i could put some vitamin c cream on my eyes, i plan on getting a surgery for my deviated septum at some point

Really your front looks great, those softmaxes will make it htn tier but its just the nose/side profile thats nerfing you

haha, well i've had braces on for about a year so my side should get better once i'm done
