It came to 2,000 rubles.
I will eat it by 500 grams daily.
This is my first time eating it regularly daily, and I never ate it at all virtually in my life. I hope to see excellent hormones, and amplification of effects of sunbathing therapy and cold exposure (which is noticeable improvement in libido, wellbeing, and facial youth).
I always loved raw herring, so I bought 2 packages.
I am very impressed with mackerel's DHA, so I bought 2 packages. One of the mackerel is fresh, and by reviews said to be solid, so I hope I found an actually good tasting raw mackerel, instead of bad, which I will appreciate. I feel curious what could be the taste of a good raw mackerel.
I bought tiny fish capelin, they have a lot of fat. When I tried eating it with bones it gave me leaky gut I had to heal. It gave me an impression that it was a very difficult fish to eat raw because of unseparateable bones. This time my strategy is to chew it fully, and then spit out bones. If I'll fail, then I will cook it.
The last one is pink salmon gorbusha.
All, except for gorbusha salmon, of those fish have high DHA content, from 1 to 2.5 grams, and since it's from Alaska, Russian north, then it must have the maximal upper limit of DHA, because it is coldest environment in Alaska and fish need DHA because of cold environment and lack of sunlight, for their cellular membranes and mitochondria (just like we do).
This is going to be lovely in terms of taste and effects.
