It came to 2,000 rubles.

I will eat it by 500 grams daily.

This is my first time eating it regularly daily, and I never ate it at all virtually in my life. I hope to see excellent hormones, and amplification of effects of sunbathing therapy and cold exposure (which is noticeable improvement in libido, wellbeing, and facial youth).

I always loved raw herring, so I bought 2 packages.
I am very impressed with mackerel's DHA, so I bought 2 packages. One of the mackerel is fresh, and by reviews said to be solid, so I hope I found an actually good tasting raw mackerel, instead of bad, which I will appreciate. I feel curious what could be the taste of a good raw mackerel.
I bought tiny fish capelin, they have a lot of fat. When I tried eating it with bones it gave me leaky gut I had to heal. It gave me an impression that it was a very difficult fish to eat raw because of unseparateable bones. This time my strategy is to chew it fully, and then spit out bones. If I'll fail, then I will cook it.
The last one is pink salmon gorbusha.

All, except for gorbusha salmon, of those fish have high DHA content, from 1 to 2.5 grams, and since it's from Alaska, Russian north, then it must have the maximal upper limit of DHA, because it is coldest environment in Alaska and fish need DHA because of cold environment and lack of sunlight, for their cellular membranes and mitochondria (just like we do).

This is going to be lovely in terms of taste and effects.

This is how Japanese females look like from the time they're 14 to the time they're 40, thanks to raw high DHA fish they eat. They are OG looksmaxxers ❤️
This is your 2nd time quoting me

dhafish pilled
Absolutely, but I am actually more of seed oil pilled.

I did pick highest DHA cheapest fishes, but, I avoided 100 percent of seed oil, salt, metal canning infested foods, which had abundance of cheap DHA food, including sardines, anchovices, cheaper herring.

I can only laugh at how producers ruin the food and poison their customers, just for illusion of shelf life (as if freezing doesn't exist) and illusion of convenience (as if raw eating doesn't exist, especially of inherently delicious fatty fish).

Why 666.

May I interest you in an occult book? It's called Luciferian doctrine.

Only options of dha i have are sardines packed in cheap soybean oil or tuna packed in metal. The kilo of salmon here is 70$.

I had to use a delivery website which is connected to multiple giant stores downtown, because only those stores buy fatty fish.
Before using it, I had access to only my local grocery stores, and there was only fatless fish (poutassu and pollock).
Try to use such websites and see if you'd get more options.

I remember eating raw herrings drenched in sunflower oil, it gave me incredible stomach pain and lethargy, because my body was trying to detox this poison, even though I putted the herrings into water (which is a solvent) for some hours. Of course the pain is irrelevant because seed oils clog your arteries and lymphatic system when they solidify in the body, unhealthiness of it is unacceptable.

why not just buy supplements nigga

100 percent of supplements are either fake (0 bioavailability) or toxic (chemical solvent extracted).
You are naive to believe the businessman.

Eating it raw is superior i agree but the problem is that its usually too expensive and hard to find
I have seen studies showing improved bio markers from taking supplements

They measure blood on presence of a similar substance. In reality that similar substance is an artificial shit or poisoned toxic shit, that is a free radical, and will get detoxxed by your own body in a matter of hours (and thank god, or it would have damaged your organs and arteries which touch that newly poisoned blood). There is your bio markers, poof, after a few hours (or usually after a few tens of minutes).

It's not about raw eating, it's about eating at all and eating enough. Before this point I thought I was covered by meat, but meat is shit and worthless (except fat), especially because it is expensive and poisoned, eating it raw didn't conjure up any DHA inside of it. DHA and wild flesh are superb, and now I finally started to consume it, this is what matters biologically.

Yo yo yo.

For your information. Here is my observation. It is an illusion that high DHA food is expensive.

Those grocery stores are absolutely selling their canned, cooked, poisoned, and even so called "portioned" into cuts, foods, especially salmon because of it's universal taste, at an insane markup.

When I compare frozen "cuts" of salmon, and frozen cuts and preserved tubs of herrings and mackerel and even worthless fatless fish like pollack, with their frozen whole fish offerings which is the natural alternative, it costs at least 2 times more at a minimum, and sometimes 3 times more, 4 times more.

The trick is, grocery stores offer only those in some kind of way 'processed' products with a markup on it, there is truly 0 frozen whole fish (much less fresh ones) at usual typical grocery stores around me, except worthless fatless fish. This gives the regular customer no choice but to buy at that insane markup, because they're not going to travel to downtown for their different stores, and because the very existence of whole fish escapes their mind as they are busy people like anyone.

They are looking for suckers, who will pay to miss out on fish liver, to miss out on fish eggs, to miss out on 0 poisoning of seed oils and salt, and to miss out on raw nutrients looksmax... While paying double the price.

This is part of why we should use delivery websites connected to various stores, and fish markets, to find maximal amount of options available, when it comes to proper natural food, it is way cheaper than bad quality garbage they intentionally pressure you to buy.

Everyone can get fish.

I am sure you can source good fish from your country's sellers.
There are peer to peer websites of selling any things, which includes farmer foods (like milk), and hunter's foods (like fish), and importer sellers to businesses in bulk (like 10 kilos of herring that a grocery store manager would buy).
There are international websites used by businesses to order some amount of kilograms to their grocery store (obviously not 1 single fish like a retailer customer would buy, but like 10 kilos to stuff into your freezer and fridge).

Here's what's up with meat / mammals.
Muscle has virtually no DHA. Liver has virtually no DHA.
Brain. 500 grams of brain will give you 1.8 grams of DHA, which is equivalent to 100 grams of high DHA fish. Do the math on cost, it's obviously more expensive, and less available physically (as there are more fishes than brains being sold).

Grass fed pastured fat which is yellow, with no grain feeding involved, will have some DHA, because raw grass and sunlight can provide it. Raw butter is similar. It is still not enough in comparison to sea food per Jack Kruse.

Raw honey is sugars predigested into proteins by bees who then vomitted it to use for later as food for themselves. Raw honey has a lot of digestive enzymes, Aajonus eats it with every meal to digest it better for more nutrients and health.

Wut.
Fish is wild.
Delivery sites, and for business in bulk sellers at peer to peer websites, give you access to wild.

Ideal diet is wild proteins and wild fat, the next best thing is any protein plus grass fed unvaccinated fat, and the next best thing is any protein plus grass fed medicated fat. Anything else is trash because of grain fedness.

@KindMaster1 I saw in one of your posts where u said your eye color is a sign of health
I agree with this because if u have dull eyes obviously u are unhealthy
But i think you told a user the reason he has brown eyes is because of toxicity,i had blue eyes which then switched to green(my fathers color)
So was it unhealthy they switched to green?

Check herrings, mackerel, varieties of salmon and tuna (there are various different).

Here is my new post on best fish.

I bought pink salmon gorbusha, 800 grams for 400 rubles.
It has 6.5 grams of fat per 100 grams. So, it is low-medium in terms of DHA. I bought it purely for taste. For DHA I bought mackerel and herring and capelin.

Cans leech metals. Metals destroy cell's capacity of transfering electricity and energy, what is the point of improving your cells with DHA if you destroy them at the same time.

Tubs have preservatives including salt. Salt is the second worst thing behind cooking. It kills a lot of cells everywhere everytime, and destroys half the nutrients from non absorbability (this is the mechanism by which cells everywhere get killed by the way).

I would guess you didn't check the sources I listed. It's easy to find fish.

Fish market, downtown grocery stores from delivery websites, Craiglist like websites, importer websites.

Do an effort, repeating the same question and concern multiple times is retarded.

Tilapia is a fatless fish. Worthless.
It has 1.5 grams of fat total. It's DHA is 0.086 grams.

Herring and mackerel are the only realistic option for slaves.
