im nw 1.5 and have been since like 18 years old. When my hairline first changed i was very scared but my hairline has stabilised since then so i havent started fin. Reason i wanna start fin now is i want to maintain my hair thickness. Balding runs in my family, at least thinning does so i wanna prevent it.

Which is why softgels have better bioavailability than hard capsules, and why it's sold as softgels. Same way u can't just crack open a dut softgel and drink it.
