i would usually recommend 6-8mg for your first time

and then build tolerance slowly and weekly

if you feel fine, keep going with that strength

then eventually you can up the mg

(get a bucket and put it next to you in case you throw up)

i threw up after taking a 20 many months ago. i was on a full stomach + it was greasy kebab

just be safe, be careful, don't get addicted, and enjoy

cuba black was the strongest i've tried and tbh it felt more like drugs and not nicotine lol.

best one i tried was iceberg black since i could use them alot and only hold them for 30 seconds or a minute and be happy for an hour.
