I have a pump for girth. This is just length. Honestly in 6 months prob a good half inch. Havent been completely been consistent but for the most part im on it every day. Need to be doing for like a year at least for any permanent gains. But ive heard people who've been on it for a couple years and have gained like 1.5-2 inches. But i guess we will see.

Full hard-6.25 girth-no idea.
