JUST PAID 700 FOR CT - NEED ADVICE

Here guys, I finally got a C T scan. Here are the scan results. I'm also going to get a surgeon's recommendations, but before I do that I thought I'd ask do I need a bi max?
Let me know if the scan is missing anything, I can probably take more pictures.

you have a class 3 lip assessment despite your orthodontic camouflage class 1.

Bimax would be good to fix that. Rhino as well to make the nose straighter with tip rotation to make it in line/slightly upturned.

you dont need genio your chin is fine.

true but it's not as simple as just class 2 = bsso, class 3 = lefort.

Bimax allows for rotation and more stability - less chance of relapsing
