I meant to say when you have your own house, you will have no stress at all. You will not worry about having to pay rent (and mortgage, once you’ve cleared it) and you will not have to worry about depending on someone (be it your parent or your sibling) for a house.

And with your own car you don’t have to rely on public transportation facilities in case they don’t have a direct train or bus and you don’t have to worry about the cost of public transportation

i mean owning a house and a car are costly too, you got to buy the house, pay insurances, property taxes, fuels, licenses etc.

im a very irresponsible and anti bureaucratic person so renting a house seem more stress free to me supposing i have the money, might also be cheaper in the long term depending on where u live
