well i asked alot of people
tiktok cycles and mesorx cycles org cycles mega threads private coaching
podcasts youtube videos and i kind of just met in the middle
and whatever had the best ammount of ROI ETC (TEST, TREN, ANAVR, HGH, MAST, EQ, dbol maybe idk)
And then research MODERN not old fashioned ways to cycle them/run them
dont follow another persons inject as much as you can without severe sides and e2 is not the enemy
i got a coach for really cheap who knows his shit (10USD) per month
