I used to be addicted taking 1000mg+ each day. Would take pre workout + and energy drink each morning, take pre workout in my 2nd period class, take pre workout at lunch, and take pre workout in the gym. Honestly if you can get off caffeine for good you should. Yes I still take caffeine but only 250mg from pre workout. Honestly 500 is a lot and what’s happening to you is your body is become dependent on it. Maybe I try carnivore I pretty much only eat carbs before gym anyways and im well past my newbie gains so dont rly need the best workoutsIf you don't want to get on a strict diet just eat simple sugars before studying and when u feel that you are losing focus do it again, be it honey, milk or fruits, if you want the real thing do carnivore and start using gluconeogenesis 24/7 i am literally hyperfocused at any time
