People over complicate it so much ngl just do ppl.

Legs more like once a week tho maybe
but i already ran ppl and got bored and didn’t see much improvement

I mean I personally run it, but I don’t consecutively do it like a fucking ai robot.


More specifically, I’ll always pair biceps+back, triceps+chest, and legs, but I won’t ever do them back to back to back that’s just fucking gay and robotic.

Sometimes I’ll incorporate some sarms, but it’s better to just stick to this don’t over-complicate it. And bro also who ever told u this shit was supposed to be fun or something :lul:

It’s all the same shit ngl pretty much, people will give the most retarded splits just to sound cool and shit, one of my retarded friends does a “front workout and behind workout” where he hits everything from chest to quads on one day, and everything from back to calf on another day, what a retard

U/L, Anterior Posterior, Push FB Pull FB, Torso/ Limbs, FB 3x a week, FBEOD, Push Pull Legs, Push Pull

Any split with a frequency of 2x a week or above
