That's decent I would suggest an elliptical you get way more calories burnt running on that with like a 10 resistance for an hour than a run outside.

Skill issue I used to weigh 105kg and dropped to like 65 in the span of like 4 months and doing a 1.5k cal diet.

I prefer an exercise bike. I can use my hands to browse my phone while using it.
Not nearly as good of an roi, the elliptical machine is unironically the best machine you should use for running. I have been running for over 5 years now and done every machine as well ran outside during the lockdown. The other added benefit of running on a ellpitical machine is that you are not dealing with the friction when you push your feet off the ground making you less sore the next day meaning you can just run 7 times a week and melt your weight. I was losing no joke 2 lbs a day with my diet and running.

You simply will not lose the same amount with the same rate unless you're putting an ungodly amount of effort. Work smarter not harder.

Nigga thats not even true either anyone who knows about dieting knows thats cap and why would I want to spend more than hour achieving the same results I could on my elliptical.
