Just realised how fucked my attention span is now

Before Tik Tok, before porn, before reals/shorts I used to be able to watch 10 minute YouTube videos start to finish. I could do this for hours. Start to finish.

I used to watch those AskReddit videos and listen to stories. I used to be able to listen to albums in its entirety and have a deeper appreciation for music.

Over for dopamine, over for brain, over for life.
