Yea just go in the mirror and shine a light directly on your iris(don't target pupils because that will irritate you), if you see a dark ring then you will know.

I think everyone does, it is just that for some people they are more prominent.
Anyway they are pretty much useless if you don't have light eyes, no contrast if you have dark eyes.
