Just realized I may be stuck at 5'11 forever and never go on to be at least 6'2 because my growth plates are probably closed at 18

Fix ur posture. I gained 2 inches by fixing it (anterior pelvic tilt) (rounded shoulders) (forward head posture) I was confirmed 5'11 at the age of 20, but had horrible posture

I’m gonna give you a cheat code, I’m also 5’11 but what I do is fraud and say I’m 6’1. I wear boots 90% of the time which adds 2 inches of height. My girl still believes it, foids are dumb lol if you’re taller than them you can get away with 2 or more inches.

Nah just the boots, but that’d of been an even bigger height boosts. Wish I’d of thought of that tbh, spot on with the posture thing though. Mines was terrible due to playing sports and never investing into a chiropractor
