Just realized the V in my physique comes exclusively from my shoulder blades and not from my lats

JFL at me, my scapula is the only thing going for my back, only do table rows as I lack a pull-up bar and can't do any of them on my door as it's pretty old and will snap off

Is there anyway I can grow my lats greatly? When I do table rows, my arm tendons go under strain, and I particularly feel it after the most

I was retarded and thought that flailing my arms behind me on the floor would grow my back, it didn't

What can I do? I'm literally starting school in a few days, and although most of my body is well developed, my lats are practically non existent

bent over dumbbell rows are a great and easy complementary exercise for the lats.

(edited because I was confusing one exercise for another)

reverse flyes are a great and easy complementary exercise for the lats, but how well it targets them depends a lot on your form.
Primarily use them for my rear delts to be honest, almost never felt them in my lats

I edited my message, because I realized that the form that's optimal for lat activation probably resembles a row more than a fly, they're in more or less the same position so the words got scrambled in my head.

I feel them quite well in the upper part of my lat with pretty normal form, but that might also just be my specific anatomy.
