No, unless you go and give urself a sunburn while being on hq (jfl) i cant think of any other way it could cause burns, unless ur skin cant tolerate it but u can always patch test it

4% hq, yes sunscreen is a must especially if u go out, i will taper on, first week i'll use it 3 days then 4 days then 5 days then 7 days at the 4th week, i'll do this for 3 months then switch to azelaic acid and vice versa for a year, i am also considering to add oral tranexamic acid alongside hq since it has synergistic effects.

in us and europe no, u need to have melasma to be prescribed hydroquinone, your best bet would be to buy it off some indian guy on indiamart, thats what clavicular did to get his estrogen cream
