nope. Anyway morning height and busting a gut are cope measurements, I'll shrink to barely 168 in a couple of hours anyway. I'm very hesitant to claim morning height.

Still if you add 0.5 cm that's legit for when you go to the doctor or get any other height checkup. Even though its basically the same height 170 cm is a more pleasing number than 169 if you put that on a official record
