A large part of maintains healthy fat deposits is diet and sleep .

People don't realize processed foods and sugary foods and especially alcohol will literally break down collagen synthesis over time giving you that old cel look.

And a lack of sleep will result in higher cortisol levels and less nutrient flow and less natural collagen production making you look old cel.
