im so recessed, idk how it isnt anywhere near as obvious when i have a bit of a beard

i cant believe i have to save 40k to buy jaw surgery when most people are born with it. i have to pay 40k not to mog. but 40k to be normal. and my future job prospects are just not looking hopeful at all.

i honestly want to die im so fucking ugly man.

A truly blackpilled surgeon will widen the ramus by posterior opening and give good advancement but what people don’t realize is that no one cares about your face as much as you do. Most surgeons will do the bare minimum to “fix” you which frankly isn’t enough.

You have to find a surgeon that will do exactly what you want. Which is impossible.

My question is how the fuck do you spend 40k on a single jaw surgery. I thought 10-15k would be enough for high quality plastic surgery for at least several one major operation or 2 smaller ones. Perhaps OP is getting scammed.

Then why does my front change completely when I jut my lower jaw forward? A mandible that is more forward grown gives the impression of being wider as well, plus jutting seems to give more cheek hollowing. A similar effect should be achieved by surgery
