Grains are good if u know how to limit endotoxin release And you take with fructose. It's all about timing. Too much protein= cortisol spike. No athlete survives on keto.

The only grain without endotoxins are quinoa coz it's actually not a grain it's a pseudograin/cereal . Everything else is shit πŸ˜ΉπŸ˜ΉπŸ˜ΉπŸ˜ΉπŸ€™πŸ€™πŸ€™πŸ€™. I mean you can remove endotoxin release after eating grains. Can't just be eating fruits all the time for carbs. Grains are harmless if you don't get more than 20% of cals from them a day and eat raw carrot right after
