As for your face you gotta fix up your diet, what you consume reflects on the outside so drink water, and stop consuming slop if you don't got the genetics to withstand it.

Use minox to grow hair lower on your eyebrows and groom them, wash your face, get some sunlight cuz you looking dull, and that should help a lot

If you didn't have open wounds across your entire face you would look a lot better than you did while hiding your brows, that's if you had skin as clear as you did on the left.

Frauded close up clear skin vs man with blood across his entire face, clean the blood up, shave and grow your brows so they're flatter (or force them to via muscle control, regardless, you need flat brows).

Uncomparable, if you had flat eyebrows and not shocked ones, and didn't have blood across your face, you'd look significantly better than before.

EDIT: And when I said show your brows I did not mean get bangs
