just smoked weed, not high

i am almost 15yo, 5'11 and 165lbs
i found like half a joint on the floor my dad dropped it the night before so i saved it for myself a later date. i just smoked it like an hour ago and im not high.
i was inhaling deep enough i think i took like 4 sec hits and held it in lungs until i had to breathe out and got every bit of it smoked. i have only gotten high one time before and it was cause i stole a gummy edible from my dad and got high like 2 years ago at 110lbs. did i just not smoke enough.

i also tryed getting high with my dads weed pen like a month ago but couldnt get high from it i dont think i inhaled into my lungs or something is what my friend said i think or js didnt do enough

Either it wasn't strong enough own its on or you cant feel the full effect of weed if the joint isn't a complete one
