Ever since I was a young cunt just starting puberty I've had acne. I'd say it peaked when I was around 16 but still effects me greatly. Scaring on my cheeks is visible, and theres plenty of acne on my forehead and jawline. I also have hyper-pigmentation so I've been forced to lose my tan, Pasty af now.

Basically, at 6'2 White-Med build I should be mogging as I was when I was younger, hoping this shit works. Might update if anything interesting happens but I'm only on day 2 and i'm just dreading the purge rn.

I read about some sideffects. Apparently lifting and having high cholesterol impacts the drug? Anyone know anything about this I cant be fuked ringing the doc over this (I eat 40~ eggs a week)

I've found that 6-8 eggs a day is the most efficient quantity & foodtype for building muscle and minimizing fat during a clean bulk, hence why I'm doing it. 2 fried on 2 sandwiches and the rest scrambled w/ mince.

But yeah probs not good for the acne.

why not good for the acne?

if anything, eggs should be an excellent food for acne.

my diet is fucking awful, I think the animal fat from eggs would do great for me

my (admittedly not very deep) understanding is that the quantity of eggs I'm eating p/week is considerable enough to provoke an inflammatory response. Then again it could just be the cholesterol, I'm unsure. Wholefood diets are an underrated looksmax, plus after a few weeks of quitting processed foods I swear I could almost feel the changes in my gut microbiome. I also felt sharper.

fuck man, I currently have dissociation and numbed emotions/don't feel nearly as sharp as I used to.

also my diet is fucking awful.

the problem is, junk food and fast food brings me happiness so im not sure how to figure this out.

clean food would bore the hell out of me and maybe stress me out even more.

my one piece of advice, that has and is working for me, would be to progressively replace junk food with whole food.

Once every week or so , pick a clean food and implement it into your diet. This works best if you eliminate a processed food and replace it with its healthier alternative.
The first food item I ever replaced was white bread, with multigrain. Now I cant even look at that pasty white shit without physically feeling sick. Way too high GI

It didn’t cause farting for me and I ate as many eggs as him.

Even if you blend them and drink them you won’t get gas if you let it sit for 10 minutes and remove the foam.

You shouldn’t fart from eggs if you eat them properly. It’s the same as eating half a chicken a day.

When you blend raw eggs with banana or whatever there is foam that comes on the surface and you should remove it, otherwise you will be a gas factory for 24 hours

I got off accutane a few months ago.
Some advice:
-do not exceed ~0.25mg/lb per day dosage (if 200lb don’t take more than 50mg daily) regardless of what your derm says.
-do not use steroid based moisturizers/lip balms (hydrocortisone) regularly, your skin can form a dependence
-take the pill with a significant amount of fat. I usually took mine with a big spoon of peanut butter. it increases the efficacy dramatically.
-consider supplements to help prevent joint pain (collagen, glucosamine, etc., do your own research)
-get good eye drops and use them every day even if you don’t feel dry
-reduce dosage if you get any significant side effects other than dryness
