Just started coconut oil treatment-teeth

Teeth oil-pulling.

Every day 10-20min of flushing a tablespoon of coconut oil in my mouth.

After using it, I throw it away with the garbage bin in a plastic bag, as to not clog my sink. Colour of the coconutoil seems to be pure white, not discolouring after use. :

The coconut oil smells amazing, and doesn't have much taste at all. Definitely not a bad taste. Not unpleasant to do this every morning.

Will report result here after 2 month daily oilpulling my teeth tbh. Stay tuned.

i love doing it and it works, i associate coconut with treats so there's no issue, jfl at people telling you to "bear with it"

prefer getting it in smaller containers tho, to reduce the odds of it going bad, in a bigger jar the oil feels kind of off after a while

First, quit talking like a negro. It's very obvious you've never had braces, do you not see how all of your teeth slant inwards like some kind of alien?

I can see you've got good dental hygiene due to the healthy gums, but you've got to have some sort of jaw pain now or later in life due to malocclusion.

Also please, please keep your "facial hair" in check. Right now it looks like you just slopped super glue & then ate Rosie O'Donnell's asshole

i dont have jaw pain, i have minor overbite i guess and not PERFECTLY STRAIGHT teeth, but pretty damn close. Invisallign is something I considered but seems rather unnecessary.

also i dont have malocclusion lol, you don't know what you are talking about. My teeth perfectly connect when I bite down.

its something my dentist always used to check.
